Newark Liberty (EWR) is the closest airport — about 25 minutes from the venues.
JFK is around 90 minutes; LaGuardia similar.

Rides: Uber and Lyft are widely available. A ride from EWR to the reception venue is roughly $35–$50.
Family members driving in — parking is available at both venues.

Late November in NJ is cold. Expect highs around 50°F / 10°C and lows around 35°F / 2°C. Light rain or a first snow is possible.

Bring: a proper winter coat, closed-toe shoes, and something warm for the outdoor photo moments. The reception is indoors and heated.

If you're bringing traditional attire, pack it in carry-on if it fits to avoid lost luggage.

US TSA rules: liquids in your carry-on must be under 100ml. Traditional oils, shea butter, and hair products count as liquids. Check-in bags for larger quantities.

For Ghanaian guests: bring your ETIAS/visa printout and travel insurance printout — customs at EWR sometimes asks.

A few small things to keep the day smooth:

• The ceremony starts promptly at 12PM. Arrive 30 minutes early.
• Reception seating will be assigned — you'll receive your table at the door.
• Cash bar? No — drinks are on us.
• Kids are welcome at the reception, not the ceremony.
• Please turn phones to silent during the ceremony. Photos are welcome after the vows.
